Clif Family Foundation

– Financial Modeling/Long Term Planning - develop, update and maintain Clif Family Foundation’s 7-year long-term model using excel, including Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Projections, Net Average Assets, 5% Annual Giving and additional schedules as needed. Update existing long-term model based on current year updates, changes in business and new policies or requirements.

– Assist and Launch a new grant making program, Program Related Investments (PRI) which includes PRI strategy, Investment Policy Statement and architect of Due Diligence requirements, and building of financial models.

– Review and conduct due diligence on possible organizations eligible for PRI program, execute program related investments, including working with legal counsel on agreements and providing supporting documentation.
